NRMA:  Our martial arts program has been a great success.  We will be opening a few new classes for all of our students that have recieved belt promotions.  Please check out our great marital arts program.    Remember, we have no contracts, low testing fees and small ratios.

Little Twisters:  This is a great new program that NRG will be offering starting in August.  Our Little Twisters program will be a combination class of gymnastics and creative dance.  We are combining these wonderful discliplines in a 55 minute class.  These classes are for three and four year old students that are interested in the disciplines of gymnastics and dance. Students will learn creative movement and beginning ballet and tap (no tap shoes needed) in combination with our gymnastics classes.  These classes are a great way to get your Little Twister exposure to both gymnastics and dance.
