We strive to offer a program that creates healthy, happy children having fun and learning. We hope that we have met your expectations through out the year and our mission was accomplished. We are a family oriented business that shows respect to our customers and our students. We want to be seen as honest and always be up front and open with our customers. Introducing our new Kid's Fitness Program!

We are excited to offer Hi 5 Fitness at NRG. This is a program that we have really wanted to be able to offer to our customers. Our main goal and focus of this program is to offer a fun and encouraging program for children's fitness. The program is designed to increase a child's fitness level and to teach them about living a healthy lifestyle. They will learn that exercise can be fun. Yes, we said that exercise can be FUN!
The Hi 5 Fitness program was been designed by Susan Caldwell, who is a Certified Personal Trainer and has personally lost over 150 pounds through eating healthy and incorporating exercise into her life. Along with creating Hi 5, she is the owner of Lil Chef Cooking Studio. Susan was one of twelve inspiring stories in January 2008's People Magazine's "Half Their Size" issue. For more information about Susan, please visit her website at www.SusanCaldwell.com.

Silly Notes about Silly Bands!
Did you know that the most popular thing around right now are silly bands? Who would have thought that a rubber band would have been so popular? Man, don't you wish that you had created those things? We have seen a number of kids come to the gym wearing their silly bands. Please remind your child to take off their silly bands as well as put them away while in class. We don't want anyone getting hurt or upset by losing them.

Next week is our Year End Show for our Recreational thru Progressive Programs! Wow, it is amazing how fast time goes by when you are having fun. Don't forget to bring grandma, granddad, aunts, and uncles. Oh, shucks, bring whoever you want.
The NRG Girl's and Boy's Teams will also be performing through out the week. It will be great for our gymnasts to see what all of their hard work can lead them to.
Don't forget the CAMERA's!

Don't Miss Out on Summer!
Summer is almost here. Don’t let it pass you by! Keeping your children attending class helps them to stay in shape, build self-esteem, and improve their skill level. As always, practice makes perfect! Repetition is the key to success in gymnastics as with any sport!
When enrolling for the 2010/2011 Classes, please enroll your child in the appropriate grade in the current class level (unless you where notified otherwise prior from the office). In addition, for the preschool classes, please be aware of our age cut off date when enrolling into our 2010/2011 Session (August 31, 2010).
